Of course the suspicious / “paranoia” started ..but not immediately after I woke up from a poison/or meningitis induced coma after easter 1995..
The various “incidents” and unexplained “coincidentS” crashing internet café & various library servers after I had been there to “logon”..the random attacks to person and websites such as epo.org , then the arrests started leading to forming of “Freedom & Union” n.g.o. on may 1,,
They <you don’t know who “they” are , though, do YOU? Call someone a “person of interest” someone they cant pin anything on exactly but probably rebellious, or maverick or simply “Alternative”
Then around the time “Monty” joined NAzTO, USAcorp BOUGHT this govt for around 90 million , and the ministers agreed , in cohort with “biz buddies” to betray the Russians , who had rescued this country in WAR & Peace,,, and snubbed the Chinese who committed to the biggest construction project ever attempted in the Balkans,; the cross- mountain “autoput” from Belgrade to Bar ( *coastal town)…
But too many I have met would sell their <fill in appropriate words> .. & souls…!
Sure, I had experienced some small violations, when my send location got flooded & the “boss” at skola street attempted to blame me for the hole above the living room window that let the rainstorm in & ruined more than HIS furniture, The family that double – booked the guest house I rented & didn’t care …and the impact was greater when Predrag (Pedja) locked me out because I asked for recipts of my “house purchase payments” at Danilovgrad, the move towards USAcorp was evident in odd items of society even before they joined NAzTO in 2017…
In Toloshi district of Podgorica (Pg) I had found & rented half of a new house from young Aleksa of the (Bijeo Polje) Recevic family… he joined the Podgorica POLICE just before “Monty” became a coroNATION>> …
And the atmosphere at “the close” <5 houses built by his family, 2 occupied by brothers> became cooler… the other 2 brate were not friendly at all, I had crossed swords with both, one who walked into the house with out knocking , and the other who regularly parked his car outside my window.. why the hostility?
I must be such a bad man?
· Organising football tournaments for fun at the FK Katun complex, <2 football places & a caffe>
· Sponsoring events in the area & all over the region & from my own pocket 2 “soccer schools” and managing a group of disadvantaged teens from zabjelo district of Podgorica,
· Help , from my own pocket; given to rescue a girls “Dojo” in Podgorica too,
· Hosted & invited 100s of visitors & shown them the best of this land, in my own time..
· Developing a FREE “academy” to build character for the youth through team sports,,& more..
Worthy of HATE! Of course..
But its pointless seeking “logic or empathy” just get back to the core … I recall when Nichal Spevak <a.k.a. “Agent Sergey”> appeared as I was having a coffee with a visitor at “Katun caffe” where I was often , not just for events, but after a run around the “Sadine” field , or just to get out of the house,,,
Often Joking with the caffe staff… there is a LIVERPOOL scarf & a photo of a xmas 5 a side match in the caffe I played with the “veterans” & staff..
I also helped organise a fun game every Friday evening,,, where a mixture of locals & visitors played 6 or 7 a side , “SeRgey” joined in… and about the time <covid> started took me to see his holiday apartment, hardly used at Miriste , at the Lucista coastal resort area. He expected 250 a month rent,. For a small studio with terrace near 3 beaches, I didn’t argue,, & made a note ..in case any one asked me for such a place..
but then CAME “lockdown” & UNLIMITED bs!
I never saw much my upstairs “neighbour / landlord” Aleksa , his policeman shifts , meant we rarely saw each other unless I was hosting someone on my small terrace downstairs when he came back, I would say “hello” l , it was “polite” no more.. except for one of many times his whole clan would grill outside me window & they plugged their equipment into my electricity outlet <on terrace>…
Then I thought ..”well if he & his family can do that” ..why not ..so I invited a few ,the girls from the Dojo, a couple of football people & “Sergey”.. he came later, and then Aleksa came out and said (in English) please explain to ChRiS that my brothers & want my parents to come here < ”because of covid”>
· Well, I said , “we have an agreement, and I always pay rent in advance…and said to “Sergey” .””.i filled this place with furniture, not all new , but all in good condition, < in 2 bedrooms & larGe LIVING room/kitchen> beds, couches, chairs, Cabinets, kitchen units, fridge & washing machine”

With a feeling of HOPE over experience, I contacted Sanida Kojic, a lawyer who had failed to impress me with the Danilov grad lockout, <despite having a contract, I knew it would be difficult to defeat IVANOVIC in court, as I had paid cash & although Kojic was “ready to go to court” .. I decided not to…and just “put it on the record” ,,so I thought , OK , she could recover my trust, this time, she wrote a strong letter to Recevic.. and the day after , in may .. <2020 or 2021?> I had invited my “football friend/team mate> Michal Spevak <”Sergey” to lunch, I showed him Kojic” s letter, & he agreed it was “strong” then photo’d it , with his mobile < I didn’t appreciate the significance at the time>.
Of course it was “unreasonable” to evict me in those circumstances, during “CORONA” phase & with a full load of furniture, where could I go, who would rent to a “stranger” at this time??? I felt that the “solicitors letter” would HOLD the situation, to give me time to consider possibilities, I had paid the May rent,,,!
When I got back to Toloshi the windows shutters were all closed, locks changed & although his car was there, no answer from Aleksa’s front door, I wen to the ciry block nearby & found a room for 25 euros, but didn’t sleep… when I arrived at the house at 06h , before his police shift, a notice was on the door,
I HAD FIVE MINUTES to collect my personal things.. and another week for the rest , or it would be dumped,

“Sergey” arrived to take me to his empty apartment at Miriste , a jump from 160 to 250 euros a month,, plus tourist prices <double> at the summer shop & caffes or restaurants.. I had little choice but to accept the only option at hand..
During the next quarter, the agreements was re-negotiated,,
“Sergey” had visited me for dinner at a tourist restaurant with his other rental client, and left me with the bill, 60/70 euros at Cuba Libre, even with a special discount caffe/restoran/shop prices were double that of Pg, … … then HE came with his GF from Budva … I insisted HE paid for brunch… he said , when “Shanny” (?) was at toilet “call me Sergey”.. he then said he worked for slovakian M.O.D , which was part of NAzTO…& c1a0?
Then came the MOLD during the winter, … “Sergey” only wanted to collect rent.. when I complained more formally, The house was one of those typical “build cheap - sell expensive “ holiday blocks , of a dozen flats. The whole thing probably cost less than 20,000 to construct, but collectively sold for 20/30 times that! “Sergey” knew that MY BEDROOM was built over the buildings water TANK, and during the wet winter we had the damp came up into my bedroom!
I got a strange email, not even sure if it was real, from a Sarajevo based law firm (**BB>?) Suggesting M.Spevak or his wife would take me to court, I almost replied (apart from this not being legal comms) “LOVELY. Although I was not feeling “lovely” mid winter, around xmas, I was not even able to go out , with a combination of chest(bronchial) infection & Flu, (* of course the morons ASSumed it was “CORONA” , it was a combo of MOLD & resulting flu = ish infections…
MOLD in the bedroom meant I was RESTRICTED to a THIRD of the property (about 45 m3 inc the terrace, but the north wind would move the chairs & table, so I had to rope them down, to stop them going to the neighbours) so for about 4 or 5 months I was restricted to 15 m3 of living/kitchen area..but still the damp crept into that room too, damaging clothes & my other 2 laptops, one I still have the other was sent away to repair, but Mikrobit couldn’t fix it.
THE BEDROOM wall was BLACK, I sent damaged Jacket (My best) & laptop, a couple of shirts & football bag, & kit, all full of mold, (Bujatic witnessed) to “Sergey” as evidence,…by reported courier, he ignored that & just collected the rent, the only time I saw him..( apart from his summer “entertaining” visits, GF , etc, at my expense)
an advokat from HN ( *V).. was engaged , & wrote from F & U ngo <in Serbian> which was also suffering from my “exile” at the coast, “Sergey’s” buddy , Nemanja Ljumovic, already in debt to me for 1000 euros said he would “dispose” of my furniture, and I claimed a value of 2000 euros for that.. he had brought some more of my souvenirs to Mirista on his way to HN,, to this day I don’t know what happened to my furniture from the house, only , for sure , Nemnja had one of my radiators, the other he brought to Miriste,,,
,,, the Conflict started in Ukraine, and instead of dealing with my claims “Sergey” said he would be helping Ukrainian “refugees” and/or the MNE & Slovakian state would pay him 350 euros per month for that ..so has to charge me the previous 250 euros per month, I protested , then he said & signed a list of things I requested or claimed ,, so I paid the next quarter, in “good faith” but
Then… he wrote that I must move out , by email… there was a lot of hostile exchanges via email…with his address & his “nvo” (a cover for his c1A/M.O.D/NAzTO backed nefarious activities? I reminded him that he still had not delivered on his <written & signed> promises. But..
on 20th August 2021?...2022 ? must be 2022!
He appeared on “quarterly rent day” with a thug / “bodyguard” (I later discovered from Budva, who seemed to know the local police) early, and the door was locked, the front of the studio was a full transparent window , so I saw them “arrive” like gangsters on the forecourt & approach the door & the THUG tried to come in without knocking ..but it was closed, locked,, then both of them were banking on the door/window, I told him,..” you wanted to go to court? Ok lets go to court, read the F & U lawyers letter , the Mold is still there, the damages too, you kept no promises”
They both just kept banging on the door… the THUG making physical threats .. I was at the kitchen cutting an apple, that’s all I had for breakfast, as I realised I would not be able to leave,, and they sat for almost 2 hours on the terrace, I then indicated to “Sergey” that if he was ALONE I would come out & talk, as I did the previous time when he brought a “bodyguard” but the THUG kept banging on the door.. then…a HUGE uniformed “policeman” arrived and then THREE of them were banging on the door…
It was insane.. I told the “policeman” to look at the lawyers letter (it was in SERBIAN) explaining my claims & stating that we F&U/Me would go to court to argue, but the uniform looked really big AND stupid, ignored that & tried to force the door, I had my keys in the lock, then all THREE pushed against the door, I could see it was going to break, so I opened it myself…”Sergey” then pointed to my (souvenir) crossbow (without ammo) & the knife I had used to cut the apple, and virtually accused me of preparing to attack THEM…
The uniform could not or did not want to speak English but the thug interpreted that “you must go in police car”, I had asked the THUG previously “who are you?” he ignored the question again.. the Uniform then took me “with flashing lights & NOISE “ via Tivat road to near Herceg Novi … the traffic moved out of the way, well, I must be a major criminal or terrorist for this treatment, although I was sitting in the “passenger seat” beside big Mr. Plod (I recorded the number of his car, as he wouldn’t say his name, or the name of his buddy, the thug!) just before going into HN, he passed me on to two other “bizzies” in another police car, with my damaged laptop, which I had grabbed, crossbow & knife ..”exhibits” in their car boot…
I attempted to clarify my situation with the police at HN main, but I was a “novelty” to them, I had a copy of the lawyers letter in my hand, the plain clothes “detective” read it & almost threw it back at me, I told him not to do that, …anyway they kept me , either in the waiting room, or for a couple of hours down stairs in a rank, Noisy holding cell, with no bathroom, no food or water for a total of FIFTEEN (15) hours , before taking me to the t-shirted “magistrate” (it was Saturday EVENING) I tore “Sergey” apart in the mini “process” called him a liar, reminded the “magistrate” of the UDHR/ECHR articles. And I got a fine of 100 euros for not having a passport , a warning from the immigration and was let go..
Homeless. Luckily a friendly waiter at “Got pub” helped with a phone call & I persuaded & PAID someone to drive me to Miriste the day after next, but SOME of my things were left open on the terrace, but my remaining radiator, bedding, small table & some other items were missing or stolen by the a-hole next door.. (most likely) a list was sent to magistrate, lawyer & delivered to HN court & emailed to all & sundry.. without positive, or indeed any, response, so I added it to my claim at the ECHR!..
I then with help from local Serbian born waitress <Vesna> found a studio apartment for 230e a month IN the “old town” (Stari Grad) of HN, until April of this year when the owner told me he was cutting our agreement , short, as he must sell the apartment..
.. which lastly (?) led to Miro ( ORKA nvo ) introducing me (& taking 500 euros from me, also in “good faith” )to the latest A_HOLE ..Mr Sasa Jovanovic,, a state lawyer.. more bent uniforms and KUM-BOR(e)
