I had my suspicions, but even so , sometimes as BOB Marley wrote “sometimes your enemy can be yourbest friend and some time your BF can be your enemy”  so , and due to the enforced move, caused , by a previously friendly, now “policeman” Aleksa Recevic, or so it seemed, I had not connected the 2 ..

Had “reasonable” contact with Slovakian “Michal Spevak”…. a.k.a. “Agent Sergey”

I have previously referred to claims & actions against him & others and its likely that readers see me as a troublemaker, that’s probably true,,, BUT for good reason….

….

 

 

The small Studio apartment at the coastal holiday resort had become also “F & U ngo” base.. because it WAS almost always wherever I WAS…

…some of the conversations… previously calm, but then the MOLD caused my sickness… the mails go backwards in time…!!

for Mich Sp.  ref "LUsty base... "renovation" is a good project in general ..(slovak co-op?)

however, here where I sleep ..no! ...

1.   the damp in the bedroom is because of a building constructors fault, to put a bedroom over a large water tank..!  (in any other country it would be illegal, and u could sue the seller, but in the "wild east" ...? ) hmmmm...Aleksa R. was also "guilty" of this (!)

2..IF (?) your :renovation: of my location means painting...feb/march is not a good idea as the weather may still be damp too!

3.....  However, if you supply me with materials , paint, brushes, ladder, i will do it myself (when weather/conditions allow me)

4...  anyway , I do not allow anyone else in here during me tenancy that is NOT invited by ME!  ...or are you proposing providing me with alternative accommodation at your cost?

5. ///.......lastly , painting over mold will NOT remove the problem long term, it is a health hazard, that causes me to periodically air during cold weather at my risk, or over-heat, or become a "couch-surfer on MY couch!" ;)

..........WE HAD A MASSIVE STORM LAST NIGHT... i spent half the night "in rescue" of the terrace furntiure ...some of my things are lost. or damaged,,, the apartment is not damaged... BUT...almost EVERY day of the last week we had power cuts, (UP TO 16 HOURS WITH NO ELECTRICITY)

,,,,p.s. there is a slight damp atmosphere in the bedroom, so sometimes I sleep on the couch , I think the water tank  under that room causes this..

I will come to you 4. december, and I bring you bike and gloves, jacket from Berlin.We must sign new Agreement, to next period if you stay,  <no need for new agreement, especially after the MOLD discovery, I amended the agreement in my favour & he signed it>

and we go to local bank.  <his only concern, that I pay!!!!!!!>
